Step 1 — Choose Your Training Path
Students start by selecting the certification track that best fits their strengths:
Option A: SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM)
Focus: Leading Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, and driving flow.
Best for: Students who enjoy people, process, and teamwork.
Tuition (Full Payment): $1,150
Payment Plan: $500 x 3 months (Total $1,500)
Includes: Training + PIVOTx Practicum + Exam Voucher
Best for: Students who want to lead teams, collaboration, and delivery flow
Option B: SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
Focus: Prioritizing backlogs, delivering value, and managing product vision.
Best for: Students who enjoy strategy, decision-making, and outcomes.
Tuition (Full Payment): $1,500
Payment Plan: $600 x 3 months (Total $1,800)
Includes: Training + PIVOTx Practicum + Exam Voucher
Best for: Students who want to lead strategy and outcomes
Dual Path: SSM + POPM (Best Value)

Step 2 — Activate with Practicum
After training, students immediately apply what they’ve learned in a real-world setting:
Guided capstone project with role rotations.
Builds artifacts (boards, backlogs, demos) to showcase skills.
Earns documented experience hours for résumés and college applications.
Reinforces habits and prepares students for exam success.
Step 3 — Certification Exam + Beyond
Students sit for their SAFe® exam after completing both training and practicum.
Certification + practicum hours = stronger résumé, college apps, and internships.
