What Participants Will Experience
Participants work through a live 12-week Program Increment experience designed to simulate modern product and portfolio environments.
Rather than learning frameworks in isolation, participants apply Agile product leadership practices to real projects, real planning cycles, and measurable delivery outcomes. The experience emphasizes strategic clarity, collaboration, iterative execution, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
The focus is not simply learning terminology. The focus is building confidence, practical capability, and leadership fluency through hands-on application.
Certification + Practice
Following completion of the Program Increment experience, participants may continue into optional SAFe POPM exam preparation designed to reinforce concepts, strengthen understanding, and support certification readiness.

Do I need prior Agile or Product Management experience?
No. While some participants may already work in Agile or product environments, the program is designed to support professionals, founders, emerging practitioners, and leaders from a variety of backgrounds. The focus is on applied learning, leadership capability, and practical execution.
Is this a live cohort?
Yes. PIVOTx AI Product Leadership is a live, instructor-led virtual cohort experience designed around collaboration, discussion, planning, and applied execution.
What kind of projects can participants bring?
Participants are encouraged to bring real projects, ideas, business initiatives, transformation efforts, or portfolio concepts into the experience. This may include organizational initiatives, startup concepts, community-based work, operational improvements, or product-related ideas.e.
Is this a certification prep course?
No. The primary focus of the program is applied leadership practice and real-world execution. Optional SAFe POPM exam preparation is available following completion of the 12-week Program Increment experience.
Will participants receive a certification?
Participants who choose to continue into the optional exam preparation pathway may pursue the SAFe® POPM certification exam separately.
How long is the program?
The core cohort experience runs for 12 weeks and is structured around a live Program Increment model focused on planning, execution, collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Is the program beginner friendly?
Yes. The experience is designed to support a range of participants, including career transitioners, emerging leaders, experienced professionals, founders, and practitioners seeking to strengthen modern delivery and leadership capability.
