Design. Activate. Measure.

Our Ecosystem

Built4Agility operates through an Ecosystem Operating Model that integrates industry-aligned pathway domains with disciplined infrastructure and activation systems.

Domains steward career pathways. Infrastructure ensures governance, measurable outcomes, and sustainable execution.

Together, this model translates leadership development into structured workforce mobility.

MAG Leadership Design Studio

Design Authority.

MAG Leadership Design Studio serves as the ecosystem’s Design Authority, stewarding intellectual property, certification architecture, capital strategy, and long-term expansion design.

MAG protects the integrity of the operating model while Built4Agility functions as the Activation Studio — implementing pathway domains, delivering cohorts, and translating design into measurable workforce outcomes.

BUILT4AGILITY

The Activation Studio

Built4Agility is the Activation Studio within the ecosystem, implementing the PIVOTx Operating Model across pathway domains and partner sites.

Through structured cohorts, industry-aligned certifications, workforce activation programming, and cross-sector coordination, Built4Agility translates leadership development into measurable economic mobility.

As the anchor organization, Built4Agility convenes domain stewards, activates partnerships, and ensures disciplined execution aligned to shared accountability and outcome measurement.

The Engine Behind Activation

Domain in Formation

Employer & Industry Integration

The Employer & Industry Integration domain formalizes corporate, public-sector, and military career pathways that translate workforce activation into structured hiring opportunities, apprenticeships, and long-term placement alignment.

This domain is currently in formation as the ecosystem expands its employer advisory relationships, industry partnerships, and workforce placement infrastructure. As activation outcomes scale, dedicated domain stewardship will be formalized to align participant preparation with real-time employer demand across regional, national, and emerging global markets.

Current efforts within this domain include military service pathways and strategic employer engagement groundwork — ensuring that pathway development remains directly connected to hiring standards, credential relevance, and labor market needs.

Eric Mendes

Pathway Specialist

Eric Mendes is a retired U.S. Navy veteran with over two decades of military service, including leadership in command-level health and safety operations, regulatory compliance, and workforce training. During his naval career, he also served as a Recruiter in the Houston region, guiding prospective service members through enlistment pathways and military career preparation.
